City lights, coffee you and me. Ayen, I was around 8 that time when I first saw your smile. I was the one who made you break out of your shell. I was the one who made you live your life truly and freely, like what you told me. I could still remember our late night coffees. I could still remember the city lights we saw when we sat on the rooftop of our school and where we promised to live in a world that we design, where only we exist. But now.... Josh, We were both around 8 when we first saw each other. I could still remember the garden where we met. The hibiscus that led us to each other. I could still remember our late night coffees. And the city lights we saw when we sat on the rooftop of our school and promised to live in a world that we design, where only we exist. But now... Josh/Ayen, We used to be walking the tightrope. It was only you and me before who existed in the world we designed, but now why is she/he painted in our perfect picture?

We were toxic till the end... "I can change him." A phrase spoken with hope But never, not once, proven true. Love isn't a project. People aren't puzzles missing just one piece. They say opposites attract. But for me, it meant constant friction Arguing over values, clashing over silence, differences not celebrated but endured. Eventually, they pulled us apart. When fire meets water, one must give. Either the flame is drowned, or the water boils away until nothing of it is left. No one walks away the same I won't say you wasted my prettiest years. No... I gave them to you freely, believing it meant something. But we were never healing. We were surviving each other and fighting until there was nothing left to fight for. We were toxic till the end....
