The great civil world war is over. The world is destroyed and has to arrange itself new. Most parts are not habitable anymore and many people died. The ones who still lived formed the 'New World', one government for one world.
Maisie is a nomal 19-year-old girl. She lives in Perc a small border district of Westhabour, the capitol from the New World. She lives her life normally, she just started studying economy management and loves to go out with her friends. But suddenly strange events start to happen and Maisie finds herself in a situation, she never dreamed of.
