Orphan Park

The year is 2109. The polar ice caps and the major glaciers have melted. The rising sea level has claimed coastal communities all around the world, resulting in hundreds of millions of refugees. There is an international war on water, with China facing nuclear weapons at the countries of Canada and Brazil. The United States is drowning under the strain of supporting 8 million refugees, stuffed into "naturalization centers" all around the nation.

When David Marshall and his daughter stumble upon the truth of what happens in the centers, will the world believe them? Or is national security worth more than their lives?
