Set in an alternate future where the government rules over all and those who don't follow the status quo are sent to a prison called the Camp to work hard labor, rumors of rebellion are quickly taking root. These rebels have tried to overthrow the Citadels before, however, and they are not the heroes the Citadel citizens wish them to be.
