When an master of reality hires a cunning and brilliant smuggler to steal a very rare, very important artifact, chaos insures.  During their suicide mission through alternative realities and universes; they come across a dangerous war criminal who is in search of the same artifact.  The three form an unlikely  alliance as the artifact becomes the beginning of the end of all reality. 

They are caught in between a galactic war that cannot be stopped by any hero. But, perhaps, three chaotic criminals can save the very fabric of reality and time. 

Or at least die a very horrid, painful death trying.
