The Broken Angel

An average teenage boy who wants nothing more than a normal life and a girl aspiring to change the world. What might become if they were to be put together?

Ken, 16 years old, lives with his father in a small town in Oregon, although almost all the time he is alone since his father is away, working. He lost his mother at a very young age and couldn't recall a single memory of her, and he never questioned why his father never mentioned anything about her either.

Scarlet, same age as Ken, came as if out of nowhere into his life. He always had a feeling something was off about her - she was too much. Too cheerful, too kind, too caring and too innocent. She never talked about her family or even where she came from, and no one ever asked her, including the school, which was a bit illogical but he couldn't care less.

The only thing Ken knew about her, is that she has a huge dream of changing the world. Cliché?

The least he wanted was a troublesome life, which is the total opposite of what he got.
