Vulcan is one of the "Heirs" the remnants of the Elementals, once a noble and powerful race of beings who could control the very elements themselves. However a war eons ago led to the destruction of all but one of each elemental tribe. These young Elementals emerged thousands of years later from their time in stasis to a new world populated by a similar looking species called humans.
