Katrina lives in a small village that has been attacked multiple times by an unknown creature. She soon finds out that unknown creature happens to be Niall who is a vampire. And not just that, but she is his mate. They both start to fall in love with eachother. But then they soon discover that Katrina is not your ordinary teenage girl. She is actually a half blood, which is a very rare mix of vampire and human. She is the keeper of a charm that has been passed down for generations to her. Ten years ago every creature, myth, and legend that you can think of, and some you have never heard of, decided to stop hiding and started attacking people.
