So she was a 4 year old orphan who knew how to get around, but when she turned 15, she disvovered that at times she had cat ears and and a tail, but still human body. what was happening to her?

The scientist's payed their crime in jail and got their head slashed off their own body. Government approve that people can take care of hybrids but can be sentenced to being put in jail for a life time if known of abusing them. Everything sounds peaceful now aren't it? There were Neko, also known as cat people, or people with cat-like features, Werewolves, people with wolf-like features. Ghouls, or creatures of the night. There were also those stereotypical hybrids, such as vampires, zombie-like people, mermaid creatures-- the school's least favourite because of their background story-- and more.
