I woke up feeling a very strong pain in my head, my whole body seemed to throb, I looked around and the sunlight started to bother me, I tried to get up and it was the worst decision I made, my back was taken by an unbearable pain, I scream because of it and then I tried to get up again but this time more calmly, I managed to sit up, I looked around and from the decoration I deduced that I was in a hospital room suddenly everything came back to me, the fight between Artie and Brittany me holding Santana, the accident the screams of my friends and the darkness. I managed to get to the window, but what I looked at made me terrified. There was a person on the floor with her organs, she was screaming while another person was on top of her eating everything she could from her body, but it wasn't an ordinary person, her skin was all shitty, she was making a strange noise her clothes were torn and her eyes they were all white.

At first, he thinks he is in a coma or in some kind of nightmare, but after starting to feel hungry and thirsty, he relices that maybe everything is real, and he needs to get out before is too late.
