Alice is your ordinary 21 year old city girl, she's shy and often keeps to herself. But her best friend, Micah, constantly keeps pushing the boundaries of her comfort zone and to get out and enjoy her life.

It is the first birthday she's had without her Mother, who passed away from an aggressive form of breast cancer. Alice's father sought out help from basically his adopted son, Micah, on finding the absolute best birthday present for his daughter; who has been his rock through this tragedy.

Without hesitation, Micah told her father there is no other choice but to get her two tickets to her favourite group, GothBoiclique, who's one tour stop happens to be in their home city of Toronto.

Not only was it the best night of her life, but a beginning of a new one.
