I have always said I wrote what I can't say... this book is all my deepest thought, these words you are about to read is everything my mind feels and says. All this emotion started with one feeling... one illness... Depression. I've had this feeling come an go my whole life. It's indescribable. I call it "The Numb Feeling". This feeling is within a feeling. Depression creates this monster that eats you up. Depression causes you to numb yourself. It causes a feeling that makes you stop feeling. Yet you really don't stop feeling.. you just stop caring about shit and let your inner psyche feel all the pain which creates the worst damage of all. What's sad is it all started with love..

This book is for you, who wants to read about what life can be like, most of the times. This book has reminders, poetry, tips and tricks, quotes, texts about meaning with life, happy moment and even sad moments. A little bit of everything life can throw at you. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal. (You don't necessarily have to read from start to finish) If you for an example have a bad day, I have a chapter for you about seeing it thru a different perspective than what people normally tell you. Or if you feel like you want to know what happiness is or feels like, I have different definition of that in different chapters for you my dear! Warning: I am a weirdo. This will contain some thoughts of mine, some poems, some deep shit, some thoughts I have as I go through the journey of self-exploration, lmao.
