Escape. That is a word that most people associate with, when one, who has been subjected to physical torture is freed from it. In fact the Oxford definition of the word 'escape' states,

"To break free from confinement or control."

However, what most people do not realize is that one does not necessarily have to 'escape' from a form of physical torture but that one may also have to 'escape' from emotional torture.

One girl.
A thousand problems.
Thousands hate.
She loves.
