The rules are really simple .
Rule number 1 : Stay alive
Rule number 2 : Make sure no one else stays alive

It is 2120 and it has already been 20 years since a deadly disease spreader around the world and killed everyone that had surpassed their 30th year . The remaining scientists managed to find a cure but its price rose to 10 times what an average family makes in the entirety of their lives. With 10 billion people and the majority of them extremely poor many are willing to do anything to survive.
And that is what the tv game agony is offering .A shot at winning back their lives. 20 people willing to die for a chance to live.
To win the cure you must kill everyone on sight.
And 18-year-old Aja will do whatever it takes before the poison reaches her veins.
