Depuis leur plus tendre enfance, la relation qu'entretenaient Katsuki et Izuku était spéciale. L'un trouvait cela amusant de battre l'autre, qui d'ailleurs l'admirait, quand cet autre se laissait frapper tout en continuant de s'attacher à cet "ami" si violent. Tout continua, jusqu'à leur arrivée au lycée. Les coups plus violent, Katsuki détruisait physiquement et mentalement Izuku. Jusqu'au jour ou Deku, battu une fois de plus, pleura. Et le lendemain, ne revint pas.

Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more.
