In the queendom of Alfera, Prince Rennard is sentenced to live his life as a servant by his vile mother, Queen Zalira. He is a victim of her brutal tendencies, and the one tie he has to his royal blood is his sister, Princess Ravina, who is struggling with her own inner demons as she seeks to find a way to end her brother's suffering.
