Au commencement, il existais deux royaumes, la Terre de Feu et la Terre de Glace.
Ces deux royaumes on toujours eu des rivalités, pour canaliser cela, le Quartier Général à proclamer que chaque année, chaque royaumes enverrait une équipe de six adolescents, tirer au sort, pour s'affronter à un jeu : la Bataille des Éléments.
L'équipe gagnante peut faire subir n'importe qu'elle châtiment à l'équipe perdante. Mais le plus souvent c'est la mort qui est choisie.
Cette année là, les règles on changé, une personne issu des familles gouvernant les Terres, peut être choisie.
Juna, la princesse de la Terre de Glace est tirée au sort, elle se prépare durant deux semaines avec ses coéquipier au sport qui les attends, qui est très violent et physique.

" I lunge forward at him hitting his groin with my knee then right between the eyes. As soon as I do, he crashes to the ground, out cold. The only reason she has come back was to get away from the hole she dug her self into. She is running away from her problems again. To prove who is stronger and the winner will receive high quality weapons or any other things of their choice. One day the darkness came and war started. Not between us, but with a kingdom that was across the sea. And this battle or war changed everything we knew. I'm Ardyn, I'm on the side where we ride on dragons.
