This little story takes place in year 3000,when a group of terrorists called 'The Devils Angels' have taken over the world.They change this worlds laws so that murderers and thief's can go amok and unpunished.

Mortis is a middle schooler of The School Of Weaponry and Technology until he meets gavich, the leader of a secret outlaw society that has set their aims of overturning this cruel and twisted society.
