Isang proyekto ang ilulunsad ng Saint Michael's Academy para maisalba ang nanganganib na reputasyon ng UTAK Party, a student political group na kasalukuyang nakaupo sa student council ng paraalan. They need a good publicity. A very good impact ng isang proyekto. And so they launched MISTER FUGGLY 2014. Sa mundo at paaralang karamihan magaganda at gwapo ang nagsisipag-aral, may puwang ba ang isang pangit para mapansin ng lahat? O tulay ba ito para mapaibig si Tamara. Ang campus crush ng bayan na walang interes sa mga gwapong lalaking nasa eskwelahan. But UTAK Party wanted her alliance. They need her to win the upcoming student election. At susi si Tom para magawa nila iyon. Si Tom na bukod sa nerd eh siyang inaasar ng lahat na fuggly ng eskwelahan.
