Background info: Basically an alternate universe of the modern world where gangs are the supreme powers and assassins are the middle men who are hired by all gangs. The main assassin group is called El Gremio. Assassins are trained at age 12 through a "magnet" program.
Recruitment is the biggest day of their lives. Will Athena, Rory, Liza and Tavier make the cut? And will Athena finally get justice for her dad's wrongful imprisonment?

In this dystopian world, you can see, via hologram, the last time someone cried. There are people who use this to manipulate and antagonize others. Anna is the center of our story. She's a 16 year old girl who has under gone much heartache due to the dystopian setting. She has made a promise to her older brother, Drew, while he was on his death bed, to protect their younger siblings- a promise she hopes she doesn't break. She is very tough, but fear is a constant no matter who you are. In the story, fear is ruling her; the fear that she's failing Drew. If she, her family, and her neighbors were not in this setting, she'd be perfectly happy. But she can't be happy now, not with everything that's going on.Concluída

This is the sequel to "Condemned", and is based on RPs between me and my friend. Grief is dead, and Artemis is on her own. She is mentally and emotionally (and physically) scarred. It has taken her months to be able to do certain things on her own (like walking, lifting things, etc., etc.), and in that time she has built up a wall, blocking the world out. She believes if she doesn't let anyone in, she can't get hurt. Then, in come Raven and Storm.
