#4 IN MILLIONAIRE [7.9.18] "Hey! Found her!" A boy shrieked and slowly everyone created a pathway for me. I quickly turned around and was blocked by twins who grinned at me evilly and pushed me to the front. I felt like I was in the hunger games. Except there is no such thing as volunteering as tribute. My hands started to sweat as 'Rahul' started to appear in my vision. His black hair was now free of white rice. It seemed kinda wet and was styled to the side carelessly. He changed his top to a black button shirt. The top two buttons were open, teasing the audience. His piercing dark eyes traced my every move. And a narrow smirk crawled on his lips. "Hello, commoner," He said as I faced him.

I managed to whisper, not looking at him. He stepped closer, now standing directly in front of me. His voice didn't raise, but it held the weight of quiet authority. "Is that how you behave when a senior is standing in front of you?" I blinked. My grip on the book tightened. I couldn't even meet his eyes. "I - I didn't..." I fumbled, but no words formed. He tilted his head slightly. "Did you forget the rule? You're supposed to greet your seniors" I swallowed hard. His presence was overwhelming. My mind felt blank, my tongue frozen. "You forgot, right?" he repeated, this time a little slower like he was testing me. I glanced up just for a second and said, in a voice barely audible, "I'm sorry sir. Good morning." ⛧┈┈•༶༶•┈┈⛧ Kaya Rao - sweet, spiritual, and strong beyond her years. A quiet fighter chasing her tech dreams, yet finding peace only in music.
