Project 13 was the perfect weapon, built for destroying, killing and murdering without a moment of hesitation. It was inhuman. That's what made it perfect.

Project 13 is the military's personal weapon and test subject, with a split personality that only comes out when pain is inflicted. The military is keen on finding where this mindless being has wondered off. Will they be able to capture their weapon, or will they be captured by their test subject?
