There's a 12 year old girl who loved to explore creepy places, mainly abandoned houses. She has explored so many of them to where she never gets scared, not even the CHILLS! Her name was Alyssa, which because of her name made her into all of the haunted theorys. You may ask why, well.. The name Alyssa came from the most famous spirit of all times. On Friday May 2nd she wanted to go to an abandoned house, which supposably was where a spirit lived, named Granny. She went on that special day because it was Granny's birthday. Rumors say she comes out and talks to people who dare to come into her house. Alyssa never intended to go into the house because her parents wouldn't let her. But since she turned 12 a few months ago she was able to. When she finally had the guts that night she went into the house, shortly after something bad happened.

After surviving a tragic accident that took her father's life, sixteen-year-old Emma is forced to move to a quiet little town with her grieving mother. The town is picture-perfect-too perfect. But beneath the surface, something is deeply wrong. Their new house is unsettling. The air feels cold. The nights are too quiet. And Emma can't shake the feeling that something-or someone-is watching her. Her mother, once grieving, is suddenly... too happy. The townspeople are welcoming-too welcoming. And the house? It whispers to her. Tells her things she shouldn't know. But no one will listen. As Emma unravels the town's secrets, she realizes she was never meant to leave. And if she doesn't escape soon, she might not be Emma anymore.
