Summary of the story (The actual story has more to it than this)
Tom was born in the Bermuda triangle, a hotspot for monster activity. Tom meets a boy named Tord and they become friends. Soon after Tord has to leave the island but not before his father, Paul, kills Tom's mother. A few weeks Tom meets another boy whose name is Edd. Both Tom and Edd flee to another island and meet yet another boy, Matt. A few more weeks go by and they're taken to a foreign monster hunting facility. There Tom meets Tord once more. The four go to an orphanage. Tord is taken back home by Paul and Patryck, Both Edd and Matt are adopted, and Tom goes back to his old home. 15 years later they all meet up again.. but you'll have to read to find out what happens!

There is a kingdom called Stardies. It's walls are built to the coast of Farixfa and it's surrounded by dark forest, where even the sunbeams are extraordinary. The king Edd Gold has finally had enough of their little problem. Problem...called Dragons. They are eating cattle of Edd's people. They even eat those unlucky ones who happen to be in their way. Tord. A norwegian boy with an unusual life. He lives with his parents, Paul and Patryck. But other than that, he has nobody. No friends, no siblings. He's alone. He was born not being able to walk, he's on a wheelchair ever since he was a little kid. Tom. A british boy, living a nice life. He has two best friends, Edd and Matt, who are also his roommates. He's happy with himself. Yet, he can't help but feel like something is missing in his life. What if the two boys come into contact with each other? How will things play out? Will they become enemies? When a certain blue bird flies into the window of his life, he is set on keeping it in, he bonds with his blue bird in every way possible, trying to gain its love. But when crows begin to nip at peck at the window, leaving cracks or even small breaks, he learns he'll have to resort to other ways to keep crows away.
