When Joker's influenced madness ensues onto Gotham and the shortage of neceessary supplies diminishes, it is up to Batman and the boy wonder, Robin to end Joker's reign of terror and protect the city at all costs. As the insanity decreases, a threat emerges from the romantic relationship between Joker and his gal that spews up returning tension into Gotham. With the stakes much higher than ever before, Batman must now test his wits, vulnerability, and awakened emotions to a bitter degree as the Clown Prince of Crime and the hormonal Jester toy with his intellectual mind.
