After being revived by Troy, Emma's was informed of what happened by the others. She already knew at the time she was pregnant thanks to Troy's Knowledge. She later on gave birth to  twins, Raven and Aiden. They became her pride and joy. The high council apparently did not know of this for some reason and the Elites kept quiet about it, which allowed Emma to keep them. 

Raven was born possessing Troy's mental energy, passion and skills., While Aiden possessed his physical energy, strength and determination. Sixteen  years later anniversing Troy and Ashur's death problems begin to arise.
