Then the second part of the Story is the main Story Line about Five Pokémon Trainers that go to their Journey, and upon their journey they come across danger because of a evil organization is taking out the entire world. So they are the only last of the world has. So you'll find out whether they take the evil organization out, or will they fail. you'll have to find out. Enjoy the story.All Rights Reserved

Will Umbreon and Espeon be able to mend their friendship? Or will this Eevee succeed and drive them apart, never to see each other again? These lovers go through betrayal, jealously, and friendship, all in one big story.

The Kalos Conspiracy by Steve-le-Corse

A group of friends register to take part in the Kalos Pokémon League. On their journey, they'll learn how difficult the road to success can be, and what a terrible conspiracy is lurking in their region. With their ambitions challenged and their lives threatened, they'll need to pull together and outdo each other to achieve their goal. The story features material from the video game, anime and manga. But there will also be a lot of new stuff, making this adventure take place in its own unique universe. Some of the license's characters will undergo different development, while others will remain true to familiar territory. Several serious topics will be tackled (but not too violently). She never worried about growing up with responsibilities of being an adult, thus acting like a child to avoid having to leave her freedom. Her happiness and freedom couldn't last forever. Team Galactic had invaded her home and destroyed what she loved the most. Taking her Pokémon and home from her, she was willing to leave the place she grew up in to find her only family. For a girl who was seen as a little kid by the way she acts, it wouldn't be easy to go on a journey alone. A boy named Flame, who visited the town for unknown reasons, decided to volunteer to support her and make sure she doesn't get into trouble with the gang causing trouble across Sinnoh Flora had to build up her strength and new team to overcome anything that gets in her way. She's eager to get things done quickly, but Flame was there to offer his guidance and protection. Flame is a mysterious stranger who happened to come out of nowhere, but the two felt instantly comfortable in front of one another as soon as they met. There was a connection they couldn't understand, and Flame was determined to keep her away from harm, but at a distance. Secrets will be revealed and memories will be remembered. There are important key elements to discovering a new meaning to what happened to them in their childhood. This involves having to get involved with an evil organization that wants to destroy the world. Happiness will have to wait, since there is willpower that needs to be awaken. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Legacy Of Darkness by Flare_The_Cyndaquil

(Warning: Spoilers for some of the mystery dungeon games) What if one day you turned into a Pokémon and tasked with saving the world? Meet Flare, your average sarcastic and cautious high-school student, He is mediocre at everything he tries... Except self-defense, which he's horrible at. He certainly doesn't feel or look like a protagonist, but there might be more than he let's on. While he tries to find out why he was turned into a Pokémon, a Treecko named Florian befriends him. Florian invites Flare to start a rescue team with him, With no other options, Flare accepts, and together, they form a rescue team to help others in need. They discover lost lands, uncover hidden treasures, and go on one-of-a-kind adventures. However, there are dark secrets to unravel, Flare has to keep his past as a human a secret, and on top of that, someone or someone's are looking for him. All Flare wants to do is get back home, but he might make some friends and save the world along the way. (This story contains elements from every Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game and is my first attempt at writing, so don't expect flawless work) I do not own Pokémon Characters are made using Gacha Life 2 because I suck at drawing I also PURPOSELY made some parts in the story cringey because in the actual Pmd games, the characters act childish at times (I just wanted to make that clear)

They freak out when they find out that they are the only ones left so they try to find out what happened in the last 10hrs unfortunately when they find out about what happened it still doesn't explain the vanishing. After some time creatures called Armalioh's invaded earth and they were the one that were responsible for the vanishing. They thought that they had captured all humans but they didn't. The boys embark on a journey as they runaway from the creatures then they discover that they have powers and they start learning to use them. It comes a time where they almost lost one of theirs then they start training, expanding their abilities and learning to control them. when they were ready they discover that there was one boy who didn't vanish making them six now. then they plan on how to rescue the people. "Did they manage to rescue the people or were they captured and made slaves, Find out what happens next"
