Discovering the Rare

Felinos, an endangered race, were taken from their homes in Costa Rica by the North Americans to have as slaves. Generations pass and the Felinos have become domesticated pets for Americans. Maria, a rare breed known as a Persa, is owned by a rich man who is also a licensed breeder. She finds her life to be miserable until she decides that she is going to run away and live her own life. Her owner is shocked and sets out to find her himself and Maria reunites with a familiar face from her past. What will happen between them? Will Maria's owner find her and bring her home?
