When a spy for Emperor Gaspard meets a mysterious elven man, she loses herself in a romance thought to be worth fighting for. But when tragedy strikes, she must endure the consequences of choices she made long ago, and choices she made in the time she was with the man she loved. Forced to rise above her former self, she leads a revolution against those who once trusted her, threatening the lives of any who would oppose her. With vengeance and anger boiling inside of her, only to consume her, she will stop at nothing to make sure those she cares for are safe, as well as future generations of Thedas to come.
