Cordelia Granger has lived in an orphanage all her life, until one day she's told that she's a witch by a snake. At her arrival to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, she gets sorted into Slytherin and quickly becomes extremely popular, being Draco Malfoy's best friend. Her mindset on life starts to change after a dramatic experience at the Weasley's over Christmas break and her heart isn't as hardened as it was before. She does everything to keep her close friends safe, even if it means putting her life on Voldemort's line. Throughout the story, the Sorting Hat's decision seems to become more questionable as she saves many lives in the war and protects families from being broken.
