Young Eva and Mason Jacobson, aged 10 and 14, are driven away from home when their father goes mad and comes at their mother with a serrated kitchen knife. They flee their home in horror as they desperately run for help and shelter. Mason gets to a friends house and calls the police on his deranged father. Mason refuses to take him and his sister home until his father is behind bars and his mother is hopefully in a hospital being treated for her injuries. Unfortunately, only one of those desires comes true... After a few days of mentally recovering from the attack, Mason and Eva go home. Luckily for them, their home was paid off. Now it's up to Mason to take care of and provide for his beloved little sister. 
     When he notices that she's become very depressed without her parents, Mason decides to get his sister a gift to hopefully cheer her up. A new video game called Five Nights at Freddy's just came out and Eva's been playing nonstop. Mason decides to buy her a plushie of her favorite character, Bonnie Bunny. The toy is more expensive than he thought and seems to be out of luck. That is, until he finds one in great condition on Craigslist for free. He can't help but pass up this incredible offer and orders it without a seconds thought. However, after the thought to be innocent plush enters the house, he comes to the realization that some things are just too good to be true...All Rights Reserved

They find themselves within a ruined Salt Lake city of Utah, where they quickly find items that they would deem as useful for themselves. However, this city wasn't empty. A large group who have taken control of the city and are merciless towards outsiders, even to those wanting to join the group. The two women are lucky, at first, to avoid being detected by this group. But that does not last for long. However, it would seem this group was not the only threat. Smaller groups who roam the city seem to hold up against this large group just fine, but rumours and sightings of strange beings roaming the city are echoed and repeated by various people. And it all seems to lead back to an abandoned pizzeria that has been shut down for years. But the two women would soon find themselves confronting one of these things. But it would not be a normal encounter. After all, this individual has had a lust for blood and all he loves to do is hunt and kill. However, it is at this encounter that he seems to find intrigue with one of the women. Mostly for how she handled the encounter like no one else has. And he would soon realize another side of his coin has arrived, and she had no idea. And thus, while women attempt to leave, they find that they have unintentionally become intertwined with something that has now secured their fate to the ruined city.
