The story is about a shiny umbreon named Steel (female). Steel live's a normal life in the mountain's with her father but one day a shiny houndoom becames desperate to kill her. Steel get's forced to leave her home and everything she knows and go's to a far away forest (everfree) to start a new life. But unknown that the forest maybe cursed from a past event. Steel walk's a dark and dangerous path to save her new home. Read to find out more...

It was around 150 years ago, when a war broke out among the 8 Eeveelution kingdoms. It was started by the Jolteon kingdom, as a war between themselves and the Vaporeon kingdom. The Espeons mined out most, if not all of the thunder stones nearby, and hid them away. That was 150 years ago now. Jolteons are an incredibly rare sight these days. The other Eevees and Eeveelutions have been taught over the years that Jolteons are evil and soulless, and that evolving into one will change your mind for the worse, as well as being a sin against Arceus. Now, about 6 years ago, a couple exploring an old mine discovered one of the very few remaining thunder stones. They brought it home with them, but not without being spotted. Just a week later, they were forced to run away to protect their son from being discovered. They left both him, and the thunder stone behind.
