After what seemed like Jokers death, Harley became a mess. She was constantly laughing in fits, talking to voices, missing Joker. She thought maybe, just maybe, Joker would somehow find her. But not everything is a fairytale, right? After all, the Queen of Gotham City, Daddy's little monster, Joker's girl, shouldn't deserve a normal life at such horribleness towards the City, right?
That is, until it happens. She escapes. A mastermind attack by a mysterious killer is blamed on Harley, setting Flag to company Deadshot to find Harley, while training with the newest street criminal, and newest Squad member, Jatsy. Jatsy Quinn.
