All in all, they really try to test the ability and will to stay alive, the weak ones are the ones who lose any sanity they ever had. She was the strong one.

The expirements they did on her were gruesome, but they also gave her powers. she can fly, has ice powers and can make it snow, and oddly enough, she has fire powers as well. It's because of her powers that she cannot live in orphanages, and Amelia has no clue where her parents are. So she's been living on the streets.

And one night, Batman takes Amelia under his wing.
