Mature
Nicolette Smeer flew all the way from her home to an unfamiliar city only to get dumped by her boyfriend Noah or I guess now ex boyfriend, she is forced to find a job and a place to stay in this city and hopefully make her way back home, her bitchy attitude and snarky personality drives people away from her so it's a surprise when a girl she barely knows tries helping her.

Jacqueline Miller was disowned by her parents at 17 when they found out that she had a girlfriend, her parents are disgusted with her and she had no other choice but to flee to another place. She's an independent person so surviving wasn't that hard for her, but knowing that her parents did that to her made her hate them.
She works as a waitress in a bar.
When she sees Nicolette drinking at the bar she couldn't help but go to her. She knows it's absolutely unprofessional but she didn't really care.

She acted on impulse and offered to help her.

"Stop fucking flirting with me, im straight!"
"as a rainbow?"
"fuck you"
"gladly"

Nixon is the 3rd book in the Broken Series. (Ryan is the 1st, Brynn is the 2nd) Nixon leaves rehab early because he can't deal with being there anymore. His sister Kelis finds someone in need of a roommate so he moves in with the girl and gives her his middle name, Lucas. He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past. He becomes enamored with her, feels like she was made for him while still battling the demons of his past and soon it all becomes too much for him to handle. He makes a heartbreaking decision, thinking it's what's best for both of them and everything changes.
