"Shush! Sit down! Athena is about to tell the whole thing with Vulcan." Hestia says, and Iris scrambles into the circle. "Okay, Athena. There's no way out."

"We have you cornered." Aphrodite says, giving me the evil eye. "You promised!"

"Okay, okay!" I snap, and I get my diary out of my bag. I crack open the well-worn pages to the entry dated February 26, and I take a deep breath. Oh, crap. I want to start crying already. 

"We all have that one friend who refuses to move on, despite how pathetic she's being. I should know; I was that friend." I began to read. "I still am that friend. Last night I told Vulcan that I loved him and it was the most difficult thing I ever had to do in my life . . . "
