Two households, the Capulets and the Montagues, both have only one child. Two beautiful girls named Romeo (she insists on Rome for short, she thinks it sounds cooler) and Juliet. Romeo has had a tough life after her parents expected a boy (hence the name Romeo). Juliet's parents neglected her. Their families have had a grudge against each other for years. When they meet at the Capulet Ball, they instantly have a connection. But between their family feuds and parents' homophobia, will they ever get a chance to be together?
A modern, lesbian twist on Romeo and Juliet. No promises on everything being specifically correct, but this is based on the original play. Enjoy babes! xx
