This is a novella ( long short story, short novel, you pick). for Rebbecca M's. fans it's a serious look at real relationships in a future context. It was inspired by some family history of real maritime relationships. These days don't generally leave loved ones for years at a time. Are relationships are move lived then believed.
I was also wanting to make the city a character of the novel but view it through time.
