When a group of demons, called the Gambligator Mafia, arise and steal a set of artifacts used by the phantom thief, Arsene Lupin, called the Arsene Gadgetry, a descendant of Arsene, named Alfred, gets 3 people, who lost an important person in their lives, to track down every single piece to gain a wish, and become the POWER RANGERS PHANTOM ROGUES.
Unfortunately, they are also being hunted by 3 professional officers of the MPPD (Metro Paradise Police Department), when they become the POWER RANGERS OFFICER FURY.
