Harley Brown, a Tonaco greaser, wants to get rid of it all. The socialites, more commonly known as the "Socs", are out to get every single greaser in Tonaco; a group of boys who play rough and are just there to have fun. It doesn't stop there, they want to get rid of all the greasers that exist everywhere in America to make the socialites the ruling party and get Harley out of the picture. All Harley wants to do is make things right, and strike peace between the Socs and the greasers before things get out of hand.
