Harley Brown, a Tonaco greaser, wants to get rid of it all. The socialites, more commonly known as the "Socs", are out to get every single greaser in Tonaco; a group of boys who play rough and are just there to have fun. It doesn't stop there, they want to get rid of all the greasers that exist everywhere in America to make the socialites the ruling party and get Harley out of the picture. All Harley wants to do is make things right, and strike peace between the Socs and the greasers before things get out of hand. But will he be able to win them over before things take a turn for the worse? Find out in Hero Wanted, a tale of a boy who just wanted everybody to get along.

This story needs to undergo some extensive editing as it was my first story written on here. However I haven't got the time to edit it at the moment. So please don't judge me for the horrible spelling mistakes, completely unreal incidents and clichés of the Outsiders. Katerina Williams is 18. She moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma when she was 12. She soon found out about the social division between the Socs and the Greasers. Katerina chose the Greasers and soon became great friends with a bunch of guys. Will being associated with the greasers bring her trouble? will she find her true love among her friends? and will her friends lose her forever? all rights are to S.E HINTON. Also sorry for the atrocious spelling mistakes at the start of the book I will be much better at correcting my chapters now :)

Everyone thinks the Socs are perfect. Are they though? Not for Bob's little sister, Willow, but everything changes when she meets a greaser at the movies.. DISCLAIMER- All credits to S. E. Hinton. Tulsa 1965 - I lived in a world where you were judged by the amount of oil in your hair. It determined whether you went to University, or could play football, or find any other life for yourself. I was greaser and I always would be. There was; however, one exception to this, a family of three kids who could do anything they wanted. Abbey Lucas had spent her whole youth being the greaser-soc, everyone's best friend. Shawn Lucas went to rumbles and got into trouble, at the same time as being top of his class. And Sydney Lucas ran around with Sodapop Curtis and Steve Randle with flowers in her hair and war paint on her face, then she'd meet her rich, soc friends for dinner at 5. They moved back to England four years ago. I didn't imagine I'd ever see them again, but I was wrong. When Sydney Lucas came back to town, I knew one thing for sure; the greaser and soc feud would be changed forever. All rights to original owners* I'd also like to mention it's been like 5 years since I wrote this and I now know what a hippie was. However, I don't care enough to revise this.
