And this is what an abusive relationship is like. 

In the most utterly disgusting poem I think I have ever come to write of her or anything I have ever written, it, however, describes the very disgusting truth to a brutal sickening T of what a victim of an abusive relationship as myself at least in this case has did and does feel like in this poetic manner. 

And I just cannot seem to bear knowing my brain is that severely damaged from my relationship that I had with my ex abusive narcissistic sociopath of a partner.

I've struggled with trauma, mental illnesses, and self harm for many years. These are (mostly) poems - about me and my journey of getting better. ! As this is about self harm and other previously mentioned topics, it might be triggering. I don't glorify it in any way, though. I'm also not a native English speaker.
