When a common man is deemed worthy by the Heavens, he will be granted the power to raise a dragon from beneath the ocean, where the land meets the skies, and thus be given the right to descend upon his kingdom as Emperor.

Sun learns that the Emperor seeks to acquire the Eye of the Phoenix, a mystical gemstone fabled to give its bearer eternal life and invincibility.
