When a common man is deemed worthy by the Heavens, he will be granted the power to raise a dragon from beneath the ocean, where the land meets the skies, and thus be given the right to descend upon his kingdom as Emperor.
When a little girl in his hometown is struck by the same fatal disease that claimed his father, Sun follows a kindhearted doctor to the Imperial City in the hope that they would be able to obtain the medicine needed to cure her.
Upon his arrival at the once great city Sun finds it in ruin, the tyrannical Emperor and his formidable Dragon General striking fear into the hearts of all the citizens.
