Elizabeth "Liz" Perch lives for the hunt. Stalking her prey, smelling their fear and drinking their blood is what drives Liz to continue her days. Being a few thousand years old, nothing really holds her attention for long. Except for Ray. A normal human being stuck in high school in an isolated town out of all things seems to captivate this huntress. With his dark memorizing green-blue eyes and dark tousled hair, his looks are good enough to stop any girl's heart, even those whose heart beat is less than 10 times a minute. What Liz doesn't know, is that all isn't what it seems. She doesn't know that Ray isn't entirely human. She doesn't know that the longer she stays in contact with Ray, the more she puts herself in danger. She doesn't know that the hunter is soon becoming the hunted.
