Electric Blood

Shay Kelly is one of New York Times best Journalists. In a tradgic accident Shay lost both her parents, and along with both her parents the accident also took one arm, and one leg, but Shay is living on and doing what she can. The world is filled with technology and The Region is taking over America and keeping everyone in one place. What happens when Shay comes home one day and finds a strange man in her house. Who is he and what does he want, who is this boss why does he have an electric eye....
