Everybody hears of the poor young girl who's tortured, raped and beaten constantly by her pack, her father, her mate, maybe even her best friend.
But nobody ever hears about the poor young boy who gets abused viciously by women, bullied by his family and repeatedly left for dead because he is the "runt" of the litter and a small and insignificant weak little werewolf that never should have been born. Especially not to one of the strongest alphas in North America. Sigh.
