For the past six years, Sang Sorenson's mother has been adamant that the world is evil. All men are horrible vile creatures, never to be trusted- they'll rape and murder you the first chance they get.

It turns out... mother knows best. After being assaulted by a man on the street, Sang was almost violated in a way no human should be. Too scared to go home and face her abusive mother after her previous punishment, Sang knows she has to get help. In an attempt to reach someone, she pounds on brothers' North and Lucian Taylor's door.

How will a ghost find justice? Will she ever be able to trust again, Or will she crumble under the belief that mother knows best?
