This is a creepypasta fanfic

Layla was a normal girl before she messed around in her dad's lab and spilled some chemicals on herself morphing her and her shadow in to one being known as a shadow-person she left home so she can learn to control said power without having others get hurt but even after she learn to control it she knew she could not go back so she started to try and find a new way of life she went her friend's to talk to her and in doing so found her beaten and broken on the floor and her dad above her ready to strike her with a whip, her instinct took over and she kill him and helped her friend up and explained everything to her without revealing who she was and then her new life began
