It's been 50 years since the end of World War 4, it's been 300 years since the 'others' started to infiltrate Earth. They haven't been able to set foot on the ground yet, however, they have been sending plants, as early as the 1970's. The once dying Amazon had regrown miraculously, the Great Barrier Reef, had somehow managed to save itself, and stretched itself more than half way across the Australian continent. For all we could tell at the time, it was a jacked up effect of global warming. We were wrong, this wasn't our home anymore, we would have to share it, with the 'others'. What would they look like? Are they hostile? What do they want? Were the most generic questions, only time would tell. The question of what they looked like was easily answered, from the moment the hatch opened, the ramp pulled out, as the 'others' stepped out a hush fell over the crowd, and the world went silent.
