Kiyomi Namikaze is a member of Konohagakure's Namikaze clan somehow instead of having the nine tails he has the Sharingan nobody knows how it happened
even though he is the son of the fourth Hokage some people are afraid of him because of that.
But the biggest secret is that he knows Naruto is, in fact, his brother but he plays dumb so he doesn't put him and everyone in danger so he makes a goal to become Hokage so he can protect the village and gain everyone's respect

(Naruto & his Twin Brother) On the night of the Hidden Leaf, the Nine-tailed fox attacked the village, killing thousands. Until, the fourth Hokage stepped in and stopped it.
