He decided to buy another slave, that would be his personal slave. He laid his eyes on a beautiful blonde woman. He bought her. 

Lucy is very stubborn and didn't like the idea of being someone's personal slave. But she has to obey him. She ran away from her family due to issues.

Can Lucy make Natsu care for once?
